Grief Counselling

Generally, grief is a normal and appropriate reaction to loss, of someone or something. However, the experience can be painful and debilitating. Emotions can include disbelief, detachment, extreme sadness as well as intense loneliness and anger. At these times, talking to someone who is not a family member or friend can be immensely beneficial to help you understand what you are feeling and to make sense of the experience.
