Kristina is a Registered Psychologist who completed her Master of Professional Psychology at Deakin University. Kristina brings a wealth of experience working alongside people who have been long-term unemployed. She has worked primarily within the Disability Employment Industry since 2015, demonstrating her commitment to working with clients with complex mental health and assisting them to overcome barriers to employment.
Kristina employs a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, strength-based approach, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness-based approaches tailored to each client’s specific needs. Through her empathetic and collaborative style, she empowers individuals to develop effective coping strategies, gain insight into their thinking and behaviour patterns, and create positive change in their lives.
