Emma Clarris

Emma Clarris is a Counselling and Clinical Psychologist and a Master Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming. Using the tools of NLP, Emma’s goal is to assist clients to transform their experience of the world and their constructed reality through a focus on effective strategies and the elimination of limiting beliefs. Other goals include moving from a reactive to a proactive mindset, more effective emotional control and the bringing of the unconscious to consciousness, as a means of achieving greater choice and control on one’s life.

Emma has a particular interest in performance and the qualities that determine success. This includes understanding the integral components that contribute to motivation, focus and persistence. Using skills gained as a Counselling and Clinical Psychologist as well as her training in NLP and as a ADHD Coach, Emma aims to assist her clients to achieve excellence in their personal and professional lives.
