Penny is a highly committed and skilled social worker with 30 years of experience in assisting individuals tackle issues and obstacles that affect their lives. During counselling, she offers a non-judgmental attitude, coupled with a wealth of compassion, to ensure individuals feel safe, heard, understood, and supported. 

Penny is particularly passionate about helping individuals that experience life challenges and ultimately offend.  In her practice, she embeds approaches which facilitate behaviour change, to improve individual trajectories. She has worked solidly across community legal services, offender support services, prisons, community correctional services and courts.
